Is it safe to buy online from this site?


Yes, your payments are processed via a secured SSL service, to ensure online security when buying on our site, we do not hold your financial details and will only issue refunds via the payment portal used, e.g. Paypal or Stripe. We would also like to send you BVB update emails which you can unsubscribe from at any time. You can remove your email address by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email update. COVID-19 (coronavirus) information


Is it safe to shop from your site? We are operating in line with advice from the World Health Organisation and the local authorities. We constantly make sure that all appropriate health and hygiene standards are adhered to. Will I still receive my order/return/exchange? We are open for business as usual, all existing time-frames apply. In the event that this situation changes we will make an announcement on the website/email. What about the delivery of my purchase? The majority of our deliveries, unless selected otherwise are made through Royal Mail. The Royal Mail are actively monitoring the rapidly evolving Coronavirus situation. They will continue providing the best delivery service for you and protect the health of their people, and their customers. They have already made a series of adjustments to their parcel handling procedures and are keeping their ways of working under review. All signatures services will now not require a signature but the postmen and postwomen will ask for the recipients name as way of confirmation.
