Is it safe to shop from your site?
We are operating in line with advice from the World Health Organisation and the local authorities. We constantly make sure that all appropriate health and hygiene standards are adhered to.
Will I still receive my order/return/exchange?
We are open for business as usual with deliveries made through the Royal Mail (unless specifically selected otherwise). Royal Mail delivery time-frames are working as close to their capacity as they can, delays may be incurred. If you have any concerns around delivery times please email email@example.com.
The Royal Mail are actively monitoring the Coronavirus situation. They will continue providing the best delivery service for you and protect the health of their people, and their customers. They have already made a series of adjustments to their parcel handling procedures and are keeping their ways of working under review.
All signatures services will now not require a signature but the postmen and postwomen will ask for the recipients name as way of confirmation.
We have offered you a range of choices that are based on your need of affordability, security and timescales. All options are signed for. If there is an option you would prefer that we don’t offer, let us know. Postage costs will be added at the checkout depending on your details and choice, the chart below will give you an idea of that cost and we will ensure that it won’t be more than the guideline. We also have a cut off flat fee that is there to make sure you don’t pay more when you order more. Where possible all orders that are made by 1pm will be processed the same day.
All order are signed for/tracked so please contact us by day 5 (UK orders) day 10 (European orders) day 15 (Rest of the World orders) if you have not received your order by then so that we can investigate. We are unable to take any action on lost parcels after 30 days.
We want you to be entirely happy with your order and if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return it to us for an exchange or refund. If you elect to exchange we will not charge you for the postage on the new item. Items must be returned in the original packaging and not worn, washed, damaged or have had the tags removed.
Your package will come in our courier bags that have a second sealable strip and a returns label, simply fill out the returns information, re label and re seal the bag and drop it off at your post office.
UK returns are complimentary - a returns label is provided and paid for.
Europe and Rest of the world - a returns label is provided but you will need to purchase the appropriate postage to return the package.

Once your package is back with us we will process it in accordance with your instruction.
*Royal Mail aim to deliver by their set times. Please inform us if your order has not arrived within the designated time-frame and we will cross-reference with Royal Mail to update you on it's progress.
**We cannot investigate any issues on delivery after a 30 day period with Royal Mail, we rely on your feedback to explore any non-delivery within this time-frame.
