The ‘Battersea Blacksmith’ t-shirt design is at once a tribute to the great British boxer Don Cockell – and a celebration of the ‘alias’ – nicknames that stirred the imagination into legend. 1951 denotes the year Don successfully defended his British and European straps against the game Albert Finch - yet it will be Don’s gallant losing tilt for the world heavyweight title against ‘The Brockton Blockbuster’ Rocky Marciano in 1955 that he’ll be most remembered. Film footage of Don’s visit to the U.S, embracing American culture replete in graphic t-shirt, slick hairstyle and baseball bat was instrumental in developing the Anglo-American style narrative for the new t-shirt range. Returns Policy
We want you to be entirely happy with your order and if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase you have 60 days from the receipt of your order to return it to us for an exchange or refund. If you elect to exchange we will not charge you for the postage on the new item. Items must be returned in the original packaging and not worn, washed, damaged or have had the tags removed.
Your package will come in our courier bags that have a second sealable strip and a returns label, simply fill out the returns information, re label and re seal the bag and drop it off at your post office.
UK returns are complimentary - a returns label is provided and paid for.
Europe and Rest of the world - a returns label is provided but you will need to purchase the appropriate postage to return the package.
